Goodreads Review – “Wow! This was such a dangerous adventure with two people that were very tormented!!”
Goodreads Review – “This story catches your attention from the first page and keeps you glued to it until the very end.”
Goodreads Review – “I love it! The characters have a depth that lets you in, to see their struggles.”
Goodreads Review – “This book was absolutely fantastic and it’s on the darker side of my reading but let me just say that Autumn didn’t disappoint me with this book.”

Vow to Protect was both a hit and a miss for me. Overall this is a solid book that you can definitely fall into, but it also felt a bit too rushed at times and left me longing for more. There’s plenty of angst, lots of emotion, definite suspense, but the romance fell short for me. At times I was a little lost, but that seemed to be a combination of this being the second book in the series and also the fast pace so a bit of that confusion is on me there.
I really would have loved to have seen the growth between Brett and Raen but they seem to go from being at each other’s throats to falling in love without much in the way of letting us really feel that progress happening. I also wish we could have gotten more of view of the relationship between Raen and Tilly.
All in all Vow to Protect is worth a read, but didn’t make it to being a book I’ll reach for again.
