Julia Wolf hit me right in my feels with Built to Fall.
She does such a wonderful job of bringing all her characters to life with flaws that make them more human and emotion that hits you deep. Claire and Dominic are two people who have been damaged by life but they’re not broken.
These polar opposites fit perfectly together with explosive chemsitry and a beautiful connection. Where Claire wears her heart on her sleeve, Dominic’s is locked up tight but the attraction they share chips away at the walls he’s kept around him little by little.
Outside of the romance that will sweep you off your feet, I adored how these two healed not only together, but on their own.
