What an explosive ending to this trilogy!! I am having a hard time putting into words just what I want this review to say. I feel no matter what I say I will not be giving Ember the credit she deserves.
We all know the major a$$hole Bennett can be. We all know his brand of psycho might be just a little crazy, but yet we are all drooling over his psychotic a$$. I said it before and I will say it again Bennett is like an onion, as in we needed to peel each layer back to get to see the “human” side. Now don’t get me wrong he is still twisted and a little demented, and has no problem with dealing with issues that need to be dealt with. Now Miss Aurora my sweet, sweet, sweet Aurora. I have been waiting to see her transformation. She lets her beautiful dark wings fly in this book. Everything she has been through the typical person would have not only broken, but would not have evolved like she did. Her kind of dark matches Bennett’s perfectly.
In You Will Obey everything comes together perfectly. We get to see just how perfectly Bennett and Aurora fit together. He is still on top of things and he makes sure to get everything he wants no matter the cost. Aurora emerges into the beautiful dark butterfly I always knew she would. She has come such a long way, she is no longer blind to the darkness and evil of the world and has no problem dealing with it.
I am telling you, you do not want to miss out on this dark and delicious ride.
